SUMMARY:Celebrating 20 Years of 305 Yoga
DESCRIPTION:305 Yoga is celebrating 20 years of movement\, mindfulness and community with an afternoon of special programming commemorating two decades of the beloved local studio\, plus 23 years of its nonprofit organization\, Connection Coalition. The celebration kicks off at 3 p.m. and includes free and ticketed activities for all ages\, including a 108 Sun Salutation Challenge\, live music and entertainment\, local vendors and refreshments\, a kids yoga session\, guest speakers\, gratitude meditation\, and a ribbon cutting. The milestone event will conclude with kirtan from 6:30-7:30 p.m.\, bringing the community together for an evening of movement\, music\, connection and celebration. \nThis event-filled afternoon will be held on Saturday\, October 17 from 3 to 7:30 p.m at 305 Yoga to celebrate community\, health and movement.
