Pembroke Gardens Brings Back Ultimate Wellness Sunday for Its Second Edition of 2025 on Sunday, May 18

Pembroke Gardens is excited to invite the community to the second edition of this year’s Ultimate Wellness Sunday, an outdoor fitness event focused on health and community, taking place on Sunday, May 18 from 9am-12pm. This one-of-a-kind event will combine high-energy workouts, wellness activities, and family fun in an invigorating morning designed to inspire a healthier lifestyle.
Participants will enjoy back-to-back workouts, including a Soca Jam session with @SocaCize and Zumba with @GabyZumbaFit, followed by a refreshing yoga cool-down session with Baptist Health South Florida, all while the beats of DJ Angelo keep the energy levels high. The community will also indulge in tasty refreshments from Carrot Express and Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, shop local wellness vendors, and enjoy special discounts and giveaways from Nike, Sephora, LoveSac, Kendra Scott, ME SPA, One Medical and other leading brands. After the workout, attendees are invited to explore the weekly Farmer’s Market.
