Evermore Orlando Resort Review: A Family Favorite

If you’re searching for a luxury family-friendly Orlando resort that truly works for all ages, Evermore Orlando Resort deserves a spot at the very top of your list. It’s also a luxury resort close to Disney World if you’re looking to park hop. 

Our family was recently hosted at Evermore Orlando Resort, and after staying at more than a dozen places in Orlando over the years, this one quickly became our family favorite. We traveled with five kids (ages 8, 6, 4, 2, and 10 months) and somehow Evermore managed to deliver something special for every single one of them and for us as parents too.

Evermore Bay: The Massive Lagoon That Steals the Show

The heart of the resort is Evermore Bay, a massive lagoon-style pool. Honestly, calling it a pool doesn’t do it justice. It feels like an island beach oasis was plopped in the middle of Orlando. My kids quickly forgot we were remotely close to Disney World which was great because this trip we never left the property!

The Evermore Bay highlights include:

A zero-entry sandy beach that is perfect for toddlers who want to cover themselves with sand and moms who like to sip a fruity drink in a lounge chair)

• Kayaks and stand-up paddle boards are included with your stay. My kids are still talking about their brave moments on SUPs in the middle of Evermore Bay!

• The waterslide and rope swings will keep the kids occupied all afternoon!

• Overwater cabanas are a must for shaded downtime. We enjoyed a cabana one day and although a summer thunderstorm cut our time short, the service was exceptional and you cannot beat the views of Evermore Bay (or the cannonballs) from the overwater cabanas!

• Giant outdoor games like Chess, Ping Pong, & Cornhole are readily available. There’s even a turf field where my boys loved throwing the football!
• Daily activities are coordinated on the pool deck and in the game room. There’s also morning yoga on the lawn for adults. 

Our kids were entertained from sun up to sunset staying active and ending each day happily exhausted, which is exactly what you want on a family vacation!

A Resort That Feels Like a Vacation (Not a Theme Park Marathon)

What really sets Evermore apart from other Orlando family resorts is that you don’t feel the need to leave the resort to have a full, memorable vacation.

The on-site amenities we loved (in addition to all that Evermore Bay had to offer) included:

• Sand volleyball courts and beach games
• Restaurants on Site
• Walking trails (Our favorite thing to do together after dinner.)
• Golf & Fishing (We had to leave a couple stones unturned for the next visit but my oldest son was eager to go fishing!)
• Sandcastle art photo ops

There’s also an on-site market and food hall to grab and go quick lunches and any groceries or supplies you would need during your stay. We frequented the ice cream shop for our daily family sweet treat!

They loved swinging by the game room each day to see what kind of fun activity may be offered. We played a 2 hour giant UNO match against another family and racked up some great memories in the process.

The smiles say it all! We genuinely forgot we were anywhere near Disney because the resort itself offered so much. That alone says everything.

In-Room Meals That Make Traveling with Kids Easier

Evermore also offers ready-to-heat, in-room family meals delivered to our door! They deserve a moment of appreciation because this is not your typical resort food.

We ordered the St. Louis ribs with corn, beans, and cornbread and it was a feast! After long days in the sun, being able to enjoy a high-quality, restaurant-level meal in our unit, without packing everyone up again, was such a gift, especially with young kids.

Immaculate Accommodations with Island Vibes

The accommodations at Evermore were truly immaculate.

We stayed in a four-bedroom, four bathroom unit (flats they call them) facing Evermore Bay. Waking up to the views of the 20 acre sand beach each morning was unreal. I honestly had to remind myself I was in Orlando and not on an island far, far away!

The kids were obsessed with the bunk room which allowed all 4 of them to be together but in their own separate beds and our baby had a room completely to herself (no tip-toeing over sleeping kids on vacation here! Just solid sleep for all, which is a total vacation win in my book.)

Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare morning coffee and full meals. The design was sleek with a relaxed coastal feel that instantly put us on island time. A full size washer and dryerDid I mention the panoramic balcony views which were perfect for critiquing guests in the lagoon who were attempting to navigate a SUP for the first time?! We enjoyed lots of laughs (and UNO games) together on that balcony!

Evermore Resort accommodations are ideal for large family gatherings or multi-family vacations. They offer plenty of space, are beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable without sacrificing style.

Fireworks Without the Chaos

One of our favorite nightly rituals was catching fireworks in the distance from our baloncy. No crowds. No traffic. No overstimulation. Just tired, happy kids snuggled in their pj’s, watching fireworks from afar.

It was all the magic without the meltdown.

A Luxury Resort Near Disney 

Evermore Orlando Resort is a luxury property and while it is near Disney, I do not think you’ll ever need to leave the property to create lasting family memories. It is connected to the Conrad Orlando, and guests of the Conrad enjoy access to the same incredible amenities. Whether you’re planning a family vacation or a more elevated stay, you still get full access to Evermore Bay and everything the resort offers. There’s also a spa at the Conrad Orlando which I’ve heard is outstanding. It’s on my to-do list for our next visit!

Our kids are still talking about this trip. And that’s the best review I can give.

Evermore Orlando Resort strikes the perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and family-friendly fun. It’s the kind of place where memories are made naturally without feeling rushed, overwhelmed, or exhausted. We will definitely be back!
