Ice Skating: Savoring a Little Winter Here in Miami

A little winter in Miami?

This city offers everything, even ice skating! If you are looking for a rest from the humidity or the sun and you want to feel a little winter cold, you may want to give it a try. Here are a couple of local ice rinks to check out and visit with the family.

Be sure to bring some winter gear with you, and don’t forget gloves for the kids if you have them! If this is their first time on the ice they might need them. Also, a change of socks may come in handy. For little kids, some suggest helmets (the bike ones, for instance, are OK). Then you are all set and ready to go! And you can rent skates on site at each rink.
