We are a boutique practice of diverse clinicians who provide neurodivergent-affirming, culturally inclusive, and trauma-informed individual, couples, and family therapy virtually and in person for children 10+, adolescents, and adults. We use creative and evidence-based practices to improve confidence and decrease anxiety. We specialize in trauma, eating disorders, parenting, pregnancy, and more. Our former school psychologist conducts evaluation consultations to help guide you through the process of seeking an evaluation for your child and determine if a full evaluation would be beneficial before investing time and money.
