I scream, you scream, we all scream for…you guessed it: ice cream shops in Miami! There are tons of great places to get ice cream in Miami and our team did the hard work of trying out 8 of them to share with you (somebody’s gotta do it).

Notable Flavors include: They offer traditional flavors like Dulce de Leche, Dark Chocolate, and Raspberry, made with fresh, natural ingredients, and have locations in Coconut Grove and Little River. 

Fun Fact: Danielle Gelato is an artisanal gelato shop in Miami, Florida, known for its authentic, handmade gelato with a 45-year Argentinian tradition, founded by sisters Florencia and Sol Paradiso. The shop is known for its creamy texture and high-quality, traditional recipes passed down through. 

Konos South Miami

Located in: South Miami

Notable flavors: A huge variety of the most delicious gelato flavors, and special ice-cream cones such as chocolate dipped cones with sprinkles. They offer homemade brownies with gelato and chocolate drizzle and flavorful milkshakes. The best option is the affogato; a scoop of gelato with a shot of espresso – the perfect afternoon pick-me-up.

Fun Fact: A dad (Mike), a daughter (Sweet Melody), and a dream. The story of Sweet Melody is a tear-jerker and to see it’s huge success today will warm your heart! Mike’s shop is also certified as a dairy plant, where he pasteurizes the milk to make his own individual ice cream bases.

Wall’s Old Fashioned Ice Cream 

Located in: South Miami/The Big Cheese

What Moms are saying: “Wall’s Old Fashioned Ice Cream is definitely a Miami staple that shoots you right back to your childhood! We loved cooling down in this Miami heat with our two scoop waffle cones in the creamiest of flavors. What Moms are saying: Sloan’s is a one of a kind experience. There are sweets (including the most delicious cookies), so many ice cream flavors, dipped cones, and even toys! My favorite is Luscious Sloan’s White which is vanilla ice cream with brownies, pecans, almonds, peanuts, toffee, and caramel. You get something new in every bite.
